Promotion Period

Entrants must retain a copy of their completed purchase order

Qualifying Purchase

During the Promotion Period purchase, in one transaction, a minimum of 20 boxes (of any combination) from the range of Participating Products using promotion code MB25 to be delivered during the promotion period.

Participating Products

A Participating Product is any Cadbury Fundraising box available during the Giveaway Period (see www.fundraising.com.au/order or call 1800 809 444 for details).

Claim Procedure 

A claim will be automatically submitted if the claimant, during the Giveaway Period, submits to the Promoter, a single fully completed purchase order for a Qualifying Purchase, using the promotional code MB25. A purchase order will be taken to have been submitted at the time it is received by the Promoter (or representatives of the Promoter) via any of the following sales channels:

     a) by phone on 1800 809 444; or
     b) online at www.fundraising.com.au

Gift

1 x Bonus Fundraising Box for every 20 X CADBURY Fundraising boxes purchased and delivered in 1 transaction during the Promotion Period. Minimum order or 20 CADBURY Fundraising Boxes applies.
Bonus Boxes must not exceed the value of any single Box purchased and selection is subject to stock availability. 

Promotion Restrictions

Not valid with any other offer unless otherwise stated. Bonus box subject to stock availability. CADBURY Fundraising bonus boxes are not exchangeable/redeemable for cash.

Entry Restrictions

Representatives of organisations claiming a Gift must be at least 18 years old.

Additional Terms

   1. If Mondelez Australia is unable to ship the Gift with the Qualifying Purchase, the claimant will be notified when the Gift is expected to be shipped.
   2. Mondelez Australia may declare any or all Claims made by a claimant and cancel their eligibility, if the claimant:
        a. fails to verify their personal details and/or eligibility;
        b. tampers with or submits a Claim that does not comply with the Claim Procedure requirements or Verification Requirements;
        c. acts in a disruptive, unfair, exploitative, misleading, deceptive or fraudulent manner; or
        d. acts in a way that may damage the goodwill or reputation ofMondelez Australia or its products.

   3. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Mondelez Australia, Mondelez Australia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or its terms, as appropriate.
   4. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Mondelez Australia (and its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way in connection with the Promotion, including (but not limited to) where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Mondelez Australia’s control); (b) any  Claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by Mondelez Australia) due to any reason beyond Mondelez Australia’s reasonable control; (c) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (d) use of a Gift.
   5. Any returned products will not count towards the number of boxes purchased at the time of assessing the eligibility of a Claim.
   6. Gifts are not transferable, exchangeable for another item or redeemed for cash. If a Gift is unavailable for any reason (except where Gift stocks are exhausted), the Promoter may substitute it for another item of equal or greater value at its discretion.
   7. The value of Gifts is correct as at the time of preparing these Terms and Conditions and is the RRP value which is inclusive of GST. The Promoter will not be liable for any  change in value between that time and the redemption date.
