Promotion Period

No claims will be accepted after this period.

Claimants must retain a copy of their delivery invoice.

Gift

Gift is either a Coles Group & Myer Gift Card OR bonus box/boxes (value of gift card or quantity of bonus boxes per the tables below) and type of gift depending on the promo code used at the time of placing the order:

• Promo code EGC25 will receive Coles Group & Myer Gift Card
• Promo code EBB25 will receive bonus box Gift.

Only one promo code can be used and only one gift type can be claimed against a separate Qualifying Purchase.

Bonus boxes excl. Easter Box, must not exceed the value of any single box purchased & selection is subject to stock availability.

Qualifying Purchase

Participating Products

A Participating Product is any Cadbury Fundraising box available during the Promotion Period (see www.fundraising.com.au/order or call 1800 809 444 for details).

Products not eligible for the promotion are:

• 4.5kg Toblerone Milk Jumbo
• 10kg CADBURY DAIRY MILK

Claim Procedure

A claim will be automatically submitted if the claimant, during the Promotion Period, submits to Mondelez Australia a single fully completed purchase order for a Qualifying Purchase, using the promotion code EBB25 or EGC25.  A purchase order will be taken to have been submitted at the time it is received by Mondelez Australia via any of the following sales channels:

1. by phone on 1800 809 444; or
2. online at www.fundraising.com.au

Maximum Number of Gift Claims

Limit of one Gift claim permitted per separate Qualifying Purchase transacion made during the Givaway Period

Promotion Restrictions

Not valid with any other offer unless otherwise stated. Gifts subject to stock availability. CADBURY Fundraising bonus boxes are not exchangeable/redeemable for cash

Entry Restrictions

Representatives of organisations claiming a Gift must be at least 18 years old. 

Additional Terms

1. If Mondelez Australia is unable to ship any bonus box Gift with the Qualifying Purchase, the claimant will be notified when their Gift is expected to be shipped. Gift card Gifts will be sent 6-8 weeks after the Qualifying Purchase is delivered. The order must be paid for in full before the gift card will be sent.
2. Mondelez Australia may declare any or all Claims made by a claimant and cancel their eligibility, if the claimant: 
   1. fails to verify their personal details and/or eligibility;
   2. tampers with or submits a Claim that does not comply with the Claim Procedure requirements or Verification Requirements;
   3. acts in a disruptive, unfair, exploitative, misleading, deceptive or fraudulent manner; or
   4. acts in a way that may damage the goodwill or reputation of Mondelez Australia or its products.
3. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Mondelez Australia, Mondelez Australia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or its terms, as appropriate.
4. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Mondelez Australia (and its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way in connection with the Promotion, including (but not limited to) where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Mondelez Australia’s control); (b) any Claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by Mondelez Australia) due to any reason beyond Mondelez Australia’s reasonable control; (c) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (d) use of a Gift.
5. Any returned or bonus products will not count towards the number of boxes purchased at the time of assessing the eligibility of a Claim.
6. Gifts are not transferable, exchangeable for another item or redeemed for cash. If a Gift is unavailable for any reason (except where Gift stocks are exhausted), the Promoter may substitute it for another item of equal or greater value at its discretion.
