Open to Cadbury Fundraising customers aged 18+ only.  Between 9am AEST 1/9/23 & 5pm AEST 31/10/23, purchase 50 or more Cadbury Fundraising boxes to receive a 10KG Cadbury Dairy Milk milk chocolate block (to share with family & friends). Purchase must be made in 1 transaction and delivered during the promotion period using the promotional code CDM23 at the time of purchase. One gift claim permitted per qualifying purchase made during the giveaway period. Must retain delivery invoice. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Giveaway Period

Starts: 9.00am (AEST) on 1st September 2023

Ends: 5.00pm (AEST) on 31st October 2023

No claims will be accepted after this period. 

Verification Requirements

Claimants must retain a copy of their delivery invoice.


10KG Cadbury Dairy Milk milk chocolate block (to share with family & friends) when 50 or more Cadbury Fundraising boxes are purchased and delivered in 1 transaction during the Promotion Period.

Gifts are not exchangeable/redeemable for cash.

Giveaway Value
The total value of the Giveaway offer is to be determined by the number of eligible claims made and received by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in value of the Gift during the Giveaway Period.
Maximum Number of Gift Claims
One Gift claim permitted per Qualifying Purchase made during the Giveaway Period.
Qualifying Purchase
During the Giveaway Period purchase, in one transaction, a minimum of 50 boxes (of any combination) from the range of Participating Products using promotion code CDM23 to be delivered during the promotion period to receive a Gift.
Participating Products
A Participating Product is any Cadbury Fundraising box available during the Giveaway Period (see or call 1800 809 444 for details).
Claim Procedure

A claim will be automatically submitted if the claimant, during the Promotion Period, submits to Mondelez Australia a single fully completed purchase order for a Qualifying Purchase, using the promotional code CDM23.  A purchase order will be taken to have been submitted at the time it is received by Mondelez Australia via any of the following sales channels:

  1. by phone on 1800 809 444; or
  2. online at

Entry Restrictions

Representatives of organisations claiming a Gift must be at least 18 years old. 

Claims will not be accepted from directors and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its Related Bodies Corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) or by any agencies of the Promoter. “Immediate family” means: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Additional Terms
  1. If Mondelez Australia is unable to ship the Gift with the Qualifying Purchase, the claimant will be notified when the Gift is expected to be shipped.
  2. Mondelez Australia may declare any or all Claims made by a claimant and cancel their eligibility, if the claimant:
    1. fails to verify their personal details and/or eligibility;
    2. tampers with or submits a Claim that does not comply with the Claim Procedure requirements or Verification Requirements;
    3. acts in a disruptive, unfair, exploitative, misleading, deceptive or fraudulent manner; or
    4. acts in a way that may damage the goodwill or reputation of Mondelez Australia or its products.
  3. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Mondelez Australia, Mondelez Australia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or its terms, as appropriate.
  4. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Mondelez Australia (and its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way in connection with the Promotion, including (but not limited to) where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Mondelez Australia’s control); (b) any Claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by Mondelez Australia) due to any reason beyond Mondelez Australia’s reasonable control; (c) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (d) use of a Gift.
  5. Any returned or bonus products will not count towards the number of boxes purchased at the time of assessing the eligibility of a Claim.
  6. Gifts are not transferable, exchangeable for another item or redeemed for cash. If a Gift is unavailable for any reason (except where Gift stocks are exhausted), the Promoter may substitute it for another item of equal or greater value at its discretion.
