Entry Restrictions
The Giveaway is open to all Australian primary or secondary schools, kindergartens, childcare centres, playgroups or preschools registered with a controlling body. Representative of the school, kindergarten, child care centre, playgroup or pre-school making the Claim (as defined below) must be over 18 years of age.
Organisations must meet standard Kraft minimum purchase requirements to place an order and redeem a Gift.

Giveaway Period
The Giveaway starts at 9.00am AEDST on 19 October 2011 and ends at 5.00pm AEDST on 31 January 2012.
Verification Requirements
Claimants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt.
Gift Movie pass valued at $18.00 RRP (incl GST).
Movie passes will be valid at Kraft’s cinema of choice. Gift is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Gift provider (including with respect to dates, requirements for entry, dates, showing and special conditions of passes).
Maximum Number of Gift Claims
Multiple claims per Eligible Entrant will be permitted.
Giveaway Restrictions (if any)
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders Kraft’s ability to proceed with the Giveaway or provide the Gifts in the manner described in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, act of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, Kraft may in its absolute discretion cancel the Giveaway and recommence it during another Giveaway period on the same Terms & Conditions.
Additional Terms
1. If this Giveaway is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Kraft, Kraft reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Giveaway or its terms, as appropriate.
2. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Kraft (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Giveaway, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Kraft’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Kraft) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Kraft; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of a reward.
3. Any returned or bonus carry boxes will not count towards the number of boxes purchased at the time of assessing the eligibility of the claimant.
